How To Return An Item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, we will happily provide you with a refund.
Purchases Made In Smiggle Stores
Purchases made in a Smiggle Singapore retail store can be returned in a Smiggle Singapore retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items. Please note that items purchased in a Smiggle retail store cannot be returned to a Smiggle concession within a Metro or BHG store.
Purchases Made Online
You can return an item purchased online:
- in any Smiggle retail store in Singapore; or
- by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address:

Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and any instructions are included.
Please note: If you choose to return your items in store we can offer you a refund to cash or Gift Card. If you would like your refund processed back to your original payment method, please post it back to our Online Store Returns/Exchanges address.
Please note that items purchased online at smiggle.sg cannot be returned to a Smiggle concession within a Metro or BHG store.
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Smiggle.
Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Returns Process for Malaysia Online Orders
Change of Mind Refunds
If you are returning an Online Order for a change of mind refund, please post your order back to our Online Store Returns/Exchanges address. If you need to enter a Phone Number on your customs declaration, please include our Customer Support Phone Number: +61 3 9420 0200.
Faulty/Damaged Product Refunds or Exchanges
If you have received a faulty or damaged item in an Online order, please contact our Customer Service team who will assist you with the refund or exchange process.
